Pax Capacity: 2 Adults.
Driving Seating Configuration: 2 seatbelts in the front cabin.
Baby/Booster Seat Fitting: Cannot be fitted in Spirit 2 T/S at all. If you require a baby/booster seat, the next suitable vehicle is the Spirit 4.
Audio System: Radio/cassette player, speakers only in driving cabin.
Cigarette Lighter: 12V which is suitable to charge up video camera batteries.
Fuel: Diesel only, 75 litre tank.
Fuel Consumption: Approximately 15 litres per 100km.This may vary, subject to use of air-conditioning, weather conditions and terrain.
Fire Extinguisher: Supplied.
ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS:
Engine Specifications: 2.9 litre, diesel.
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual.
Power Equipment: Power Steering, power assisted brakes.
Tyres: Front and back tyre pressure should be checked regularly: 50/50 psi.
Tools: The tool kit is located in the passenger’s side floor compartment.
LIVING:
Sleeping Configuration: 1 double bed 1.9m x 1.73m.
Fridge Freezer: The fridge operates on 12V battery only – 55 litre capacity. Fridge performance may be affected in extreme temperatures.
Gas Cooker: 2 ring gas cooker ignited by match, with Rangehood above.
Gas Bottle: A 9 kg bottle of LPG is provided. Please ensure it is in “OFF” position when driving.
Microwave: The microwave operates from 240V only, so the vehicle must be plugged into mains power at a campground to operate.
Bathroom Facilities: Hot and cold pressurised water in shower cubicle.
Toilet: Located in cubicle with shower. Flushed toilet waste goes into the cassette holding tank, which is accessed from exterior compartment door. One supply of toilet chemicals is provided per week of rental.Toilet cassette holding tank must be flushed out and empty on drop-off.
Water Heater: Water heater works on gas and is operated by an internal switch.Water will be heated after approximately 15 minutes.
Fresh Water Tank: Capacity is 120 litres.The lockable filler cap is located on the passenger’s side and marked ‘WATER’. Filler hose is supplied.
Grey Water Tank: Holding tank for grey waste water generated from the shower and kitchen sink. Disposable at all camping grounds and dump sites. Holds 90 litres grey water, and should be empty on drop-off.
Lighting: 4 lights in living area that operate on 12V batteries.
Air-conditioning/Heating: Driver’s cabin air-conditioning/heating operates only when engine is running. Rear cabin reverse cycle saloon air-conditioning/heating operates on 240V when plugged in at camping ground only.
Power Supply: 240V, 10m lead provided, 2 accessory power points in the living area. One 12V battery for the running of the lights, fridge and water pump. Battery is recharged by engine alternator and when plugged in to 240V mains at a campground
(recommended minimum of every third night to maintain full charge).
Storage: Storage under rear bench/double bed.
Fly Screens: Fitted to all opening windows in living area.
Flooring: Easy to care for linoleum.
Internal Access: Internal access is provided between driver’s cabin and living area.
Exterior Access: Via backdoor with exterior doorstep and side sliding door.

INSURANCE:
All vehicles are insured for the damage to the vehicle or to the property of a Third Party. The hirer is responsible for the first AU$5,000 for Motorhomes ('the standard excess') of the cost of the damage to the third party property or rented vehicle. The excess can be reduced by the purchase of Excess Reduction Options.

• In Australia, children under 3 years old must travel in a child restraint.
• The baby seats are mostly universal whereby they are for infants to toddlers depending on their weight and size.
• The seat is placed on the rear seat facing forward.
• Baby seats, depending on the child’s size, are commonly used for children under the age of 3 years.
• Booster seats, depending on the child’s size, are commonly used for the 3 - 8 year age bracket and are fitted with a standard seatbelt.
• Only available with the Spirit 4, Spirit 6 and Rental Cars.
