DRIVING:
Pax Capacity: 6 adults
Seatbelts: 2 in driver’s cabin, 4 in rear living area.
Baby/Booster Seat Fitting: 2 seats can be fitted on rear seats facing forward. Baby/Booster Seats have to be pre-booked, otherwise cannot be guaranteed. Please advise age and weight of child on booking.
Radio/Cassette: AM/FM radio and cassette.
Cigarette Lighter: 12V which is suitable to charge up video camera batteries.
Fuel: Diesel, 75 litre tank.
Fuel Consumption: Approximately 15 litres per 100 km. This may vary subject to the use of air-conditioning, temperature and terrain.

Engine Specifications: 2.2 litre, turbo diesel.
Transmission: Tip-Tronic Automatic / 6-speed Sprintshift manual.
Power Equipment: Power steering, power assisted brakes.
Tyres: Tyre pressure should be checked regularly. The recommended pressure is 65psi for both front and rear.
Spare Tyre: The spare tyre is located under the rear of the vehicle.
LIVING:
Sleeping Configuration: One Double bed 2.10m x 1.25m in roof of canopy, one at rear of cabin 2.10m x 1.20m, and one behind driver’s cab 1.80m x 1.05m.
Fridge Freezer: The fridge operates on 12V battery only – 55 litre capacity. Fridge performance may be affected in extreme temperatures.
Gas Cooker: 2-burner cooker with griller ignited by a match.
Gas Bottle: A 9kg bottle is supplied full on vehicle collection. The gas bottle is located in the exterior compartment on the driver’s side of the vehicle. Bottle has an ‘ON/OFF’ tap on it. Please ensure it is in ‘OFF’ position when not in use and when driving.
Microwave: Operates only when connected to 240V mains power at a campground.
Bathroom Facilities: Pressurised hot and cold water shower.
Toilet: Located in cubicle with shower. Flushed toilet waste goes into cassette waste tank that is accessible from exterior compartment. One supply of toilet chemicals is provided per week of rental. Cassette waste tank must be empty and rinsed out prior to drop-off.
Water Heater: Works on gas and is operated by a switch. Water will be heated after approximately 15 minutes.
Fresh Water Tank: Capacity is 85 litres and a filler hose is supplied. It is recommended to fill this tank daily.
Grey Water Tank: Holding tank for grey waste water generated from the shower and the kitchen sink. Disposable at all camping grounds and dump sites. Holds 85 litres.
Lighting: Interior lights operate on 12V battery only.
Air-conditioning/Heating: The driver’s cab air-conditioning / heating operates off the 12V battery. The rear cabin air conditioning / heating operates on 240V when plugged in
at campground only.
Power Supply: 12V battery / 240V mains power. The vehicle is supplied with a 10m mains power cable for use at the campgrounds. The vehicle also has one 12V battery for the domestic system and a separate battery for the engine.
Storage: Ample cupboard space, storage under seats at rear of vehicle and along wall and hanging wardrobe.
Fly Screens: Fitted to all opening windows in the living area and also the living area door.
Flooring: Easy to care for linoleum.
Internal walk-through access: Yes.
Fire Extinguisher: Supplied.

INSURANCE:
All vehicles are insured for the damage to the vehicle or to the property of a Third Party. The hirer is responsible for the first AU$5,000 for Motorhomes ('the standard excess') of the cost of the damage to the third party property or rented vehicle. The excess can be reduced by the purchase of Excess Reduction Options.

• In Australia, children under the age of 3 years must travel in a child restraint.
• The baby seats are mostly universal whereby they are for infants to toddlers depending on their weight and size.
• The seat is placed on the rear seat facing forward.
• Booster seats, depending on the child’s size, are commonly used for the 3 - 8 year age bracket and are fitted with a standard seatbelt.
• Only available with the Explorer, Frontier, Adventure and Rental Cars.

The kit contains:
• Emergency Position Indication Radio Beacon (EPIRB) – when activated the beacon transmits an emergency distress signal, which can be detected by Australian rescue authorities.
• Snatch Strap – used to pull a vehicle from a bogged position (with the aid of another vehicle) in conjunction with the
D-Shackles, which secure the snatch strap to a rigid anchor point.
• Outback Folding Spade.
